1.  At Rising:  Latero Flora - day 1-day 3/take 2 at rising, day 4 - day 30 take 1 per day at rising.  If you drink coffee, we urge you of course to drink coffee with chickory (the Cajun way) much better for your gi tract.  After day 30 start taking 1 every other day till the second bottle is gone, then just start to take it twice a week for another bottle's worth.  That should take you to well past six months.
